Kettlebell Only Program

KB CAMP is a 6 week Program only using a Kettlebell. Some running involved, but for the most part it’s pretty stationary and you can always modify the running with something else.

  • 2 FaceTime or Skype calls + 1 phone call. The calls are Biweekly. Video chats are at end of week 1 & week 5 & regular phone call will be at the end of week 3.
